I had a really bad experience getting a pedicure here. I had to ice and use arnica cream to stop the bruising on my toes. And to top it off, I didn't get a call back from the manager. I left many messages. She only called back once and I was away from my phone, but never called me back. I went to this salon every summer for years.....no more. It says a lot about a business when they don't respond when there is a problem.

I had the most embarrassing unpleasant experience in my life here at this salon tonight. I normally go to the school across the hall but they didn’t have anything that fit my schedule so I decided to try out the salon. Don’t come here unless you want RUDE staff talking about you behind your back directly to their client! So unprofessional. I couldn’t believe the things this stylist was saying. I don’t know how someone so ignorant and rude got hired at sucha nice salon. I spoke to a manager and she said something would be done about this. But who knows. He will probably get a slap on the wrist when he should be fired for saying the things he said about me. NEVER in my life will I return to that salon. Not to mention the prices that were on all their brochures laying around everywhere had the WRONG prices on there. That price should of been honored. Why are you displaying them if they’re incorrect?! Don’t go here, you will get much better service and friendly students across the hall.

I use to go to the school all the time to get my hair cut. I decided to try the salon when I was getting my hair cut to donate. I’m not picky with my hair but it wasn’t cut how I asked. The girl was friendly but didn’t really listen to what I wanted.

I love coming to Vici for all my salon and spa needs. Haircut, color, nails facials, massages. Very reasonably priced, awesome staff and great customer service!
