I went on a Sunday afternoon about 2:00, there were two stylists and one customer in a chair. Nobody was waiting. I asked how long and the one stylist who was just sitting in a chair said about a little over an hour. I looked around and asked why so long. She said they have to keep times open for online appointments. I left. Went across town to new shop. Waited 10 minutes. Got great cut. Think Cost Cutters should stop saying "walk ins welcome "

I am so happy with my haircut! Ashley did a great job. I had long hair and I wanted a change so she just got it right and I can’t be more than pleased. Very friendly place. Had to wait a little bit because they are very busy, I wasn’t in a hurry so it wasn’t a problem for me. My suggestion would be to call ahead or to go early or just be patience ^_^

My boyfriend got his hair cut just the other day and had a terrible experience. First of all, the hair dresser completely botched his part and didn’t listen to his request at all (we were going to a wedding that day so that really pissed us off). Second of all, the receptionist was extremely rude and off putting. Third of all, all he needed was a super simple beard trim and she charged him $5 extra for 3 seconds on trimming which was put on top of the already over priced (for the quality) haircut. Do not go here if you want your hairdresser to listen to you or if you want a good environment.
