My boyfriend and I went to get haircuts this evening. we both did not have good experiences. My boyfriend asked for it to be faded and to have it V in the back. he asked the women if the sides could be shortened. the girl said no so he asked if shethen shorten the longer part she then proceeded to get sassy and say "whatever" to him. there also wasn't a V at the end. My experience was more unprofessional than anything. the girl complained the entire time about how she was never gonna get out of work. she also made the comment about how my hair looked like a candy corn since i haven't had it dyed since November. in my opinion. you just don't say something like that to someone. my layers were also very choppy and i asked for my bangs to be trimmed. she literally just chopped them straight without feathering them at all. will not go back sorry.

Although there are some stylists that don't always do a good job/aren't exactly consistent, most are great and really polite as well

I have been getting questionable hair cuts here for years because of the convenience, but I am done ! You hardly ever see the same person twice, big turnover in staff, can't get the same style two times in a row because you don't get the same person. Got about the crappiest haircut I have ever had a couple of days ago. She cut it exactly the way I told her not to cut it and she thinned (yikes) my already think hair. It is also not the same length in the back on one side as it is on the other. There is no way to fix this mess. I will just have to give it a couple of months to grow out. I am done at this place.
