I drove a total of 4 hrs and 12 minutes to get my hair done here. At first i loved the outcome & then realized how tight she did my weave. I emailed her for professional help & she didn't help me. She then called me a scammer when in reality I paid over $145 to get it done. She is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend. & her salon looks nothing like the images.

Salon Cass has been my SALON of choice even before Shaunda was in her present downtown location. My hair is healthy and strong and this is due to the dillegence and professionalism of this stylist extraordinaire! I â™¥ï¸ this place!!

Just got my hair done, and I love it. Shaunda is very respectful and kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied with their hair style.

I always leave Shaunda's chair looking and feeling beautiful. She was the first stylist I went to after swearing off salons for 5 years, and she restored my faith. She's excellent with my natural hair.
