Came in with my daughter to get her a haircut, didn’t realize they did appointments now since last time I was there they didn’t. Got put on the wait list, didn’t tell me how long it would be. After waiting about 45 min of watching people come in and get cuts most of whom had appointments a guy came in with no appointment and ask how long the wait was. He clearly knew some of the people there and after Some whispering went on he was getting a haircut in about 5 min and yes we’re still waiting!!! Took about another 10 min to get back for “our turn” won’t be returning here.

Great stylists, convenient location, and usually you can walk in and been seen within the half hour. You are also able to call ahead and schedule an appointment. On Tuesdays they have cheaper haircuts.

Just moved into the area and was looking for a good place to have my haircut, being that I am picky when it comes to my hair. With alot of research and calling other places, I saw the positive reviews for this Cost Cutter location and decided to give it a try. The prices are great and though there may be slight waiting times, walk-ins are welcomed, which was great! The staff were really friendly and professional, so I felt comfortable right away. The place was nice and welcoming and seeing so many stylists and how full of customers the place had made me feel like it was definitely a popular place. My stylist did a great job and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! I’m definitely coming back and recommend this place!

Well I've gone here for a long time but the last experience will be my last due to two new hires! I'm disappointed as I know how hard it must be to make a living at a cut rate chain--pardon the pun! The new redheaded scheduler was actually gossiping about my outfit and other things within earshot, and my stylist found that amusing. The stylist (pretty Hispanic girl) also did basically the opposite of what we talked about as well. I asked her to not cut any length off the top to retain my blond highlights and she took off two inches just from one section of the blond, leaving me with only two inches there, and laid it on my lap at the end of the cut. I had no history with either of these girls so I'm at a loss here. The others that witnessed this were as mortified as I was.
