Friendly staff. Qualified stylists. Can take a while to get an appointment, though. I wish they were open more hours

Groove Salon provides a comfortable atmosphere to receive services. Their stylists and technicians are professional, courteous and friendly. I have been a client of the Groove Salon for many years and continue to be very satisfied with the outcome and results of my cut and colors.

I have been going to Lisa since as long as I can remember! It has been a VERY long time! In fact, I am so dedicated to her and this salon that I travel all the way up from Kenosha!! The staff is wonderful and always making me feel at home. When I walk in, they know who I am! I love that! Lisa is the best! She is funny and caring and sort-of a therapist! She listens and chats and she is like a big sister to me! I love her! She does a fantastic job each and every time I see her. Sometimes I need a change but have no idea what I want and Lisa does her magic. She has fun with the color and with the cut and she never lets me down. I can tell her to do whatever she wants with my hair and she somehow satisfies my need for a change without me even knowing it. The other staff members are great too! I have had them fill in for Lisa on a few occasions and they have not let me down. They follow Lisa's notes and they deliver! Groove Salon is a fantastic place! I have had numerous compliments on my hair from time to time and some of those people wish Lisa had salons in Kenosha! :) I would recommend this salon to everyone! I love it and won't stop going to my girl, Lisa!
