I would have given my experience at the salon zero stars; but, the system states that I have to score the salon in order to write a review. I had an appointment on Saturday, September 15th at 10:00 am for my best friend's wedding. The wedding party was small, it was the bride, the mother-in-law, and myself. So, three people. I went in with fresh extensions, clean hair (no product), and said that I needed a partial up-do with extensions added. I was not 100% sure on how I wanted my hair, but the way that the lady explained it to me sounded pretty. That is the last positive thing that happened. I told her prior to starting on my hair that she would have to use a ton of hair spray or my hair would not keep the curl. I understand working with new extensions can be difficult; however, that's when you use a smaller curl and a ton of product. The top of my hair was flat, there was no texture to it at all. The curl, even before I left the location, was falling out, and you could actually see where she placed the extensions in my hair. I went to my friend (the bride) to have her look at my hair, and she was not happy. She told the woman that my curls were already falling out, that you could see the tracks for my extensions without even looking for them, and that she would need to fix it. It was then that we were told that "I would have to make up my mind on what I wanted because she had other clients that morning."
Not only did I not have my hair done there (I ended up going to another salon and it was done perfectly), but I was beyond repulsed by the way that a stylist would speak to a client. The stylist then tried to tell my friend (the bride) that's not what she said. So, she basically called me a liar. I left the salon in tears and I will NOT be going back! I would avoid this location at all costs. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a salon.
