Cut my daughters bang extremely unevenly and charged 9 for it. Will not take her there again

Got there 10 minutes before closing due to a typo on Google but the stylist, Rachel, was still very willing about giving me a cut. No other salon would have done this that close to closing time. She listened well to what I wanted and was very easy to talk to. It wasn't one of those awkward conversations that usually happens at salons. She did an AMAZING job at giving me what I asked for with my hair and was extremely friendly the entire time. I'll definitely be returning and recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you so much Rachel for staying late, doing a fantastic job on my hair, and providing me such friendly and fantastic service!!

Our salon is based on being able to walk in and receive a service. There are only 2 of us and we do our best to be as accommodating as we can. We take appointments for chemical services but we cannot guarantee appointment times for haircuts because if someone comes in prior to that appointment time we cannot refuse service to that guest or make them wait for someone who is not here. Chemical services take longer so we do schedule those in order to more accurately plan our wait times. Thank you to everyone for being so patient and empathetic!

Came in for a haircut as a walk-in, and there wasn't much of a waiting time at all. The ladies working there were friendly, and knew what they were doing. Even were willing to work with me over time to change my hairstyle a bit. Well done.
