I have been going into Heather for massages for since March and love it!! I've been getting the hour long deep tissue massages and they have helped release my stress, get rid of tightness in my shoulders, and feel mobile again!! I usually do my eyebrows at home, but I decided to get my eyebrows waxed here and had a great experience as well! I loved the shaping of my eyebrows when Heather finished! And the cooling gel she used after helped! Most recently, I decided to get my haircut....after not having it cut for several months! Heather was the one doing my hair and I love how she changed my look! I had long hair that was all one length, and asked to have the ends cut and for a few longer layers!! She did great!! She gave my hair the attention it needed! Overall I would highly recommend Sanctuary Day Spa and Salon! You get the Jackson experience without the Jackson price!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. It's absolutely amazing. So clean, neat, organized, and peaceful. I have friends that live here in Jackson so I visit often. I'm a disabled veteran and I have severe knee arthritis, herniated discs, and degeneration of the discs in my neck. My doctor recommended I get massages as part of my pain management plan. My friend who lives in town recommended Sanctuary Day Spa. I met the owner and she is an amazing woman. She is probably one of my favorite people I have ever met, very classy, great sense of humor and all around great person. So I was very nervous doing this, it was my first time so I had no clue what to do or if it would even help. Heather was my therapist and she is awesome. I told her everything first time, my pain problems and to do what she thought was best. My expectations were low, everybody I know gets or has gotten massages including my wife and they love them. So I assumed I would enjoy it and it would relax me but I wasn't sure how it would help my pain. Well let me tell you who is my new favorite person…Heather! I got up walked to the front and my tension was gone, I could think clearly, my neck felt so much better, and my swollen knee and sharp shooting pain was gone. My knee hasn't felt that good in over 12 years. My back pain slowly subsided as the day progressed from an 8 to about a 4 on the pain scale which is great for me. Medication that I'm on can't even get me to that low of a pain level. So I immediately booked another appointment with Heather and I'll be coming to see her regularly for the rest of my trip and every time I'm in Jackson or within 500 miles of Jackson because Heather and the Sanctuary Day Spa of Jackson Hole are worth it. I have two trips planned next year to come back to Jackson Hole and my first call will be to make an appointment here. They have other services as well it's a full salon and even cut men's hair too so make sure to check out their website.

Having known Teresa for close to 25 years, I have no doubt that this Salon is tops in the area. Being a hairdresser myself for close to 40 years and salon owner for 37 plus years, it is always a treat to talk with Teresa about the beauty industry, since she is truly professional and knowledgable in the business. I highly recommend her salon for pampering and relaxation while in Jackson Hole.
