Have had my hair styled by Denise multiple times and have loved the style. She is kind and patient and allows you to make changes to the style if you like. I really appreciate her work and would highly recommend

They just lost a customer this morning. Beware if you try to use a Groupon that has expired. I wanted to use the value of what I paid for the voucher to a hot-style service. The receptionist and owner told me a flat-out “no”, saying that I could only apply the Groupon to a $75 service, and not any others. A business that wants to keep its clients would likely come to a compromise, and at least honour a portion of the voucher. Fortunately, I called Groupon, and they remedied the situation immediately. I can use the value I paid to any other Groupon – I will trade it in for Groupon to use at a different salon. I encourage Blowdry Lounge to rethink their policy. The hairstylist did a fantastic job, but I’m disappointed in how the owner handled the issue and will not be returning.
