Best place ever. I've been going there for over 6 years. They always give a good advice and their customer service is excellent; owners are awesome. I'm always in love with my new hair color or hair cut. HEATHER is the best (ask for her and you are all set). Cheers

The most amazing salon I've ever been to and have extensive experience with colouring my hair. All the staff is super friendly, welcoming and hard working. Anastasia and Heather are both incredible stylists and colour magicians. Highly recommend.

Stopped in today as most places are closed by the time I'm off work. They were able to fit me in. It was a hot day and they offered me a water which was super nice. Got my hair cut really quickly and a beard trim. Reasonably priced, super accommodating and friendly/talented staff. Thanks again Faye!

Exceptional customer service- the best I've experienced from a salon over 3 continents. I went for a cut and colour on a Wednesday. The stylist did a wonderful job taking care of me and the cut looked great but unfortunately, as sometimes happens with new colour, the shade came out much darker than expected. After washing it 6 times with no change, I contacted Hair Code to let them know I was unhappy and they offered the next available appointment to fix it, a week away. With an event I was hosting looming only 2 days away I asked if there was anything else that could be done, and they made a huge effort to slot me in between and amongst other clients on the Saturday morning, where the owner did a truly spectacular job of transforming the colour. Throughout the process no blame was assigned or cross words spoken, everyone at Hair Code was fair, friendly and professional. They made, what could have been a very uncomfortable process, a demonstration of how excellent customer service can be when you really are an expert in your field and genuinely want your clients to be happy. Thanks Hair Code, hugely appreciated.
