James was awesome! Very professional and courteous! I've got The Scrub Down. They use their own mix on the whole body then they provide a shower so you can clean off the mix they use to scrub you. Then the usual massage. It helped me a lot! The right pressure and the right strokes. I'll definitely come back!

Toni is a professional and pay attention to details especially when it come to waxing! I’ve been having my nails and my wax done by her for at least 4years. She is very cool lady to talk to and always smiling, most importantly she knows what she’s doing. Highly recommended!

Everything was very good but after on I'm seeing more dark circles on nose after doing the facial.... Is been a week or so.. Not sure if your team can advise? I still have not heard from your team, it has been over a week since I emailed you guys.

Was a Bodé client for years until my RMT left and then we moved to the west end of Ottawa. Recently rediscovered them at their new location and very glad I did. Have had two massages with Matt and thoroughly enjoyed both. The warm welcome, the atmosphere and a superb massage made this a definite repeat.

I paid $34 for an eyebrows fix (triple what anywhere else charges). I'll just teach myself with a tutorial online. Same amount I pay to cut my hair, smdh
