The Sixfoot One

I went there for the first time on July 29. The first interaction from the start was amazing, professional and kept me up to date. We got there and were so impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. I had a mani- pedi and my wife tried just a pedi for a test. Their technique was superior to any other establishment that I've been to in years. No pain and even work all around. My wife regretted not having the mani afterwards. Our hands and feet are like silk. No rough edges like most places after you leave or the day after. When I got the bill, I was a little startled....kinda up there $$ wise. They are worth the money and I will be returning. Can't wait.

Got a shellac manicure that only lasted 3 days. So you'll paid double for a very cheap manicure. I went a second time and it was the same as before. Not worth the money. Also the second time i went, one of the staff seem very intense. The lady was a blonde haired women with glasses, she seemed like she was having a bad day and I kindly asked if everything was ok and she just gave me attitude. I though nothing of it at first but when I was on my way out, I over heard her mocking me about my accent. I think her name was Amanda, I'd tried calling one time to ask for her name but i think the lady that answered the phone was her because she wouldn't give me her name and than hung the phone up.

After getting my shellac manicure, the polish began to peel off after only a few days. I've had many shellac manicures before for a much lower cost but I've never had the. Peel off so quickly. I sent an email explaining my disappoint and they were quick to respond to offer to fix them. The repair was extremely awkward. The nail tech advised that she would simply apply a clear coat so the sides would stop lifting however most my my nails were so far gone and they had to be redone completely. This caused me to have 1/2 of my hand with fresh polish and 1/2 with old glued down polish. I expressed my disappointment and so she agreed to redo the rest as well. She seemed quite angry that she had to fix them in the first placed and rush through the whole process without even allowing my fingers to stay under the UV light for the full time that's usually required. I ended up leaving the salon with a fully new manicure however due to the rushed service, they began to chip and peel again after only a couple of days. This place was seriously not worth the money and the staff aren't exactly the friendliest (minus they woman working at the front desk, she was super nice). I would definitely expect more for the price in terms of service, quality and overall experience.
