Terrible communication. This was supposed to be the first time I have ever had my hair done professionally. I saw positive reviews and was very excited. I made my appointment online for a 10am haircut. In the booking process I selected that I had no preferance for a stylist and at the very end was told that one should get in touch with me. Days passed and no one contacted me. One day before I was supposed to have the haircut still nothing. I tried calling the business but no one picked up the phone. I called once again at a later time. The woman answering informed me that all the stylists were independent contractors and choose whether or not they want to do your hair. Apparently no one wanted to do mine, hence why I had not heard back from anyone. I only wanted to have bangs and layers done on my hair but I guess none of their contractors were interested. I wanted to give this business another chance. I made an appointment again but this time on the phone with the woman. I got a confirmation text message not too long after. It stated that a stylist has accepted to do my hair and they would get in touch with me soon. The day of the appointment still no one contacted me. I waited 1 hour before the appointment for a message, still nothing. It is now well past the 10am appointment time and no one has contacted me. I am very disappointed. But on the plus side I was able to go to another salon and they were happy to take me in last minute. I was done in an hour and got exactly what I wanted.

Used to go here with one of my clients. She would get her hair cuts here. The hairstylist was Liana D and she did a wonderful job with my client who could be quite hard to understand what she wanted. She always gave her a wonderful haircut each time. So if you do go here I do recommend going with liana!

Hairstylist: Madeline is probably the most knowledgeable mens hair stylist I have ever come across. She took the time to explain the little things ...the important points with hair ..specifically mens hair. Where at other barbers or haircut shops, there is little or no discussion about the reason you are there. They tend to talk about everything else but hair...they make you feel as if your on a conveyor belt.... Madeline will take the time to teach you how to actually style and care for your hair during the process. Most importantly- you actually walk out with the haircut you wanted.... not a haircut you just settle for ...
