I can't say enough great things about Bluebird. Djuna has been so wonderful to work with, always making sure you're comfortable and excellent with follow up messages. The office is very clean and welcoming. I'm so looking forward to coming back in after COVID restrictions lift. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend checking Bluebird out. Being a transwoman I liked the fact that it is LGBTQ friendly which drew me here in the first place. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The laser therapist is just a lovely person. My treatment was interrupted by the pandemic but up to this point I am very pleased with the results and can't wait for the reopening to get back for my final few sessions. And... an update. I went back in the summer and everything was super safe and sterilized. I'm all done now and have to say that I am thrilled at the results. ❤

Djuna is wonderful to work with, she is very patient, explains every step and works carefully to balance comfort and performance, her competence is visible at every step. I was thoroughly briefed beforehand and given detailed aftercare instructions. She has made my first laser experience much easier than I thought and I look forward to moving forward with her. Convenient location very near Chester subway. Thank you!

My experience with Bluebird Laser has been incredible thus far. I have only positive experiences to share. I've always been welcomed with a positive and accepting atmosphere that makes me feel safe. Thus far I've mostly been going to Bluebird Laser to remove facial hair. Djuna is always patient and ready to pause any time things are getting a bit too painful. She's always been quite understanding with the whole experience. I can't recommend her services enough!
