After a horrifying experience with micro-blading. Des not only cleaned up someone's else's mess she perfected my brows. She strategically did an above and beyond amazing job. I can't stop staring at my brows. She also colored my hair last December which I'm still receiving compliments for.

Staff is friendly, competent, and I left feeling I was treated professionally. They took the time to address my concerns over my hair loss, but never made me feel like I had to buy any products for their service (I bought the professional grade Viviscal and so far so good!). I plan to get my hair cut there from now on too. I would defiantly recommend this clinic.

Wow, I was just reading the reviews and I can say that they are mistaken. For one, the ladies that work there are very pretty, and very professional. They do know what they are doing, and the last thing that they are, are Liars. One person said that they had a gift certificate, and however wrong could they be, they don't sell gift certificates. Another said that they never see the Medical Director, Well that is because they don't have one, and don't need one. Another said, that they went to the San Diego Location, well, again, that is their only location. What I think is that one person had a bad experience and had a few friends write some stuff to put up bad reviews. That is my guess. I can say, I have been going to the LJ Hair Clinic & Golden Touch, for 20+ years and never had a bad experience. The crew there make you feel like family. Not only do they make your experience private if needed, they never exploit you. My husband is a client as well, and they always make time to fit him in to the schedule, knowing that he has a really tight schedule. I would beg any of you who read the previous 6 bad reviews, to second guess them and wonder why someone would say such mean things. Give the LJ Hair Clinic a try, you will be happy you did. I will not let those reviews sway me. Chele, Collette & Jerry are wonderful people and really know there stuff.
