I went for a cut and color for my first time at Bella a few months ago. Two people did my cut and color, which I wasn’t made aware of until I got there, and we were all 3 on different pages for my hair. They were also arguing with each other while doing my hair. I’ve never had 2 people touching my hair while they were also fighting in a salon before, and I felt so uncomfortable and stressed. I left with my hair cut uneven and blonde strips (I have dark brown hair) in the front of my hair when I said I wanted subtle color. When I reached out the next day, the manager was unapologetic, and I had to plead to get an appointment to fix my hair. I had to call 3 times to get an appointment. I came back in for a different stylist, who was very kind, to fix my hair. I never got what I asked for, but it was fixed. I paid well over $100 for this experience with no refund and didn’t get what I came for. It’s been a few months since this service, and I am confident this was the worst cut and color I’ve ever received. This was also terrible customer service.

ANOTHER EDIT- the owner’s first response to me said they would love to chat. After I responded, they deleted that portion of their reply. I still haven’t heard anything from Bella Salon.
