Its under new management, Sejong, a Korean hair salon chain. Pricing is around the same as before (slightly on the higher side of Asian salons in Vancouver, and also relative to other Sejong locations), it was mentioned that the same stylists were available from the zeal days. However, went here for the first time in 4 years for a quick haircut, service was not like the Zeal days; there was no scalp message during hairwash, the drying of the hair was done quite roughly, and the overall haircut was not as per my expectation from communications with the stylist. I would recommend going elsewhere overall.

Excellent service! Love the lay-down style massage chairs at the washing stations. I've had my hair cut 4 or 5 times here with 3 different stylists and the results are always good.

I would definitely recommend Ayano! I came in with an emergency haircut, she understood the situation fixed my hair awesomely even after the closing time past! I am really grateful that she helped me and saved the day!

I get my hair cut here when I'm not doing hair modelling. The service is excellent with extra added perks when you allow the salon to do what they do best, take care of you. They have a great selection of Japanese hair magazines if your in search of a new style. Also the stylists to make that new look right on You. I've seen a couple of the stylists and they are all great. If you have an issue with the haircut they work to fix it and make it to your liking. All you have to do is ask politely. Superb service! P.S. the massage chair while having your hair shampooed is my favorite!
