I got a facial for the first time in my life! And it was not the experience I had in mind all they did was be quick on putting on and off the mask, they would leave the mask on and leave to talk I can here them smh! No massage in my face or anything relaxing! Also my blackheads on chin were left there didn't even touch that spot with the tool they use for blackheads ugh! And when I called they told me they had a $45.00 special for first timers and I was charged $60.00 that's that promotion was not real. And there was no store manager so they couldn't help me with that problem that one of the employees did by giving me the wrong information!

We usually purchase from this location but we just left this location, the store was about empty, there were three workers standing behind the front counter talking. There was one worker helping a customer near us but no one acknowledged us. We were on a make up haul and planning on spending a significant amount of money on products. We waited ten minutes for someone to assist us. We ended up walking out and taking our business elsewhere.

I asked for products from Jeffree Star and was taken to the James Charles products. It was funny but I'm glad that I know what I was looking for and didn't think these eye palettes were jeffree star. They were really nice and helped me find a great maybelline lipstick. She was super honest about it being drying. There are a lot of open products because the drug store brands don't allow testers, so be careful of that, but does have a huge selection.
