The associates are very helpful. They actually helped my sister to find the products that are compatible to her skin tone. The products are very expensive but you are paying for quality. I asked my sister and she says that the products are some of the finest she has used, expensive but very good quality. She bought some items and left the store quite happy.

I never leave reviews but I had the best Ulta experience because of Jessica (I'm pretty sure that's her name..I'm so bad with names) ..also it's good to note that that's not the usual store she works at, she told me she was working there temporarily..so please pass the word on to her home store!! I had some unexpected things happen to where I have to do my own makeup for my wedding so I went searching for the best products and she was so helpful!! I had a ton of questions and asked for a bunch of recommendations (contour, primer, eybrows, etc.) and she helped me with everything..I felt so bad because I had so many questions but she was so patient and assured me I wasn't bothering her with my questions (which doesn't always happen when I shop for makeup) she was very personable and perceptive and really listened to me and my requests... to be honest I'm not really treated like that every time when I shop at Ulta (especially on my "no makeup" "bummy" days like that day) and I was nervous to go in not looking my best..but she made me feel feel completely comfortable like she was just one of my friends giving me makeup tips :) this girl needs a bonus or a raise or something because I will shop at Ulta a lot more often if there were more people like her! :) Also I tested out my makeup and all of the recommendations she made and they were absolutely perfect! 👌🏻 so she is extremely knowledgeable as well😊

My visit to the Ulta started off like any other. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff. It seemed busy and all employees on the floor were helping customers, so I could not ask for help. I was looking for their hair dye section and could not find it since it is located at the back corner of the store. After 4 trips around the store I finally found the hair dye section (with help from the security guard). Next thing I know the Manager Maria waked up to me and asked if I had any questions in a VERY rude manner. I had asked if they had what I needed and she sharply replied NO. I was took back at this reply because although her words were nothing to get upset about, I felt very scared and uncomfortable with the managers presence. Then Maria asked me to leave. I still wanted to brows but I was followed I felt uneasy and felt like they were forcing me out. That was really upsetting and makes me not want to comeback. (Ps they don’t have yellow hair-dye…like at all)

The staff were so friendly ! They also now have a "drug store" cosmetics section so if you want more affordable brands like maybe like they have it there. My go to purchase is the tarte concealer , so good . Employees do shade matches which is nice of them but I find that just using the tester and figuring it out on your own is better :)
