Love the staff! Kayla, Danielle, Benny, and Charlotta are absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service and very professional! I won't go anywhere else for my hair or waxing!

So, I came to this location yesterday and I eneded up leaving as they were quite understaffed at that time. However I didn't make an appointment, so I just decided to try again today. Well, the stylist Kayla remembered me, and took me right away. She gave an expert cut and shampoo, all while holding conversation at the same time. She was efficient and awesome. Having just moved here 3 weeks ago, I'm glad to say I've found where I'm getting my hair cut here on out.

Danielle is amazing!!! I love seeing her. Super friendly, talented and informative. I HIGHLY recommend her. If she is out, Kayla is very good too.

Should call it "cost increasers" i made an appointment to have 3 things done from 2 days ago. I arrived on time and i had to wait 30 minutes before the hairdresser could get to me. This was because he took a "walk in" just before my appointment. The manager said that was because they are a service oriented company and that it is their policy to take walk In's asap and make the clients who scheduled the appointments wait. That seemed backwards to me of what is right. I proceeded to talk about what I had scheduled. The manager changed the price 3 times from what was discussed in a prior in person consultation. I was not very happy about that; i left and I will never go back.
