I can honestly say that this was the WORST experience at a beauty salon. I do not know about the other stylists that work there, but Maria, the owner is terrible at customer service. After she completely damaged my hair (which broke off in chuncks), I decided not to have it blown-dry anymore because it became hard as a rock. I got up, said that I cannot let her continue breaking more hair, payed the amount owed to her ($30 which should include a wash and blow-dry that I did not get), and I told her that I could not tip her as she completely destroyed my hair. She THREW the pieces of hair that she broke at ME (litteraly) and said, " What did you expect me to do". As disrespectful as that was, I responded that she should not have said that she would be able to style my hair after I precisely asked her if she could do so in the very begining. As I walked out, she told me not to ever step back in her salon. I had to turn back to ask her if this is how she treats her prospective clients. This is the woman who is now responsible for the pitiful state my hair is in at this moment, the woman who was PAID for her imcomplete services and with whom I was nohing short of civil throughout the entire ordeal. She did not apologize for what she did, she just asked me to leave. I have seen people get mad and I was not even close to acting the way I truly felt, altough now I feel I should have exploded on her due to her negligence and obvious lack of respect. I apologize for any spelling errors as I am now writing out of frustration.

Had men haircut today in this salon and it look great. Very nice people, many chairs so you won't wait in line. Pretty quiet atmosphere. I love this place.
