Not one to write reviews unless it is well deserved, and this one definitely was. After a little bit of a heart break with the last person who did my hair, it was my first time doing my hair here, and Vee I must say brought me back to life. She took the time to listen and actually give me the end result I was trying to achieve. Thank you so much Vee for making my day.

I simply got my acrylics off. It took over an hour, they shaved my real nail off, and hurt one nail after I already pulled my hand away.

I went to the salon for the first time in February to get hilights. I was nervous because I had never colored my hair before. Nurys did an amazing job, she got the perfect color and gave me a natural looking, sun kissed look and a great layers to go with the look. I was very satisfied with the service and quality of work.

Not impressed! After reading all the rave reviews and wanting a change in my look I decided to give them a try. The first turnoff was the way I was "greeted" when I came in. I should have just walked out right then and there but figured the front desk staff was maybe having an off day. When the hairdresser finally showed up (20 minutes late to an appt with a first time customer) I explained and even showed a photo of what I wanted to do. Rather than explain that it supposedly was going to take 3-4 different steps to achieve the color I wanted, SHE did what SHE thought I wanted. While the color and cut turned out ok, I have had this done to my hair in the past, in less steps AND at a more economical price. I was floored when I got to the register. I could've gotten better service, treatment and results at a top salon like POL. If you're an older hispanic lady who likes to gossip and talk about each other then this is the salon for you. If you're a 20-40 something, go somewhere else. Dianne's impressions is overrated. Just curious if any of the reviewers are actually customers...
