I didn't want to write this because this is my go-to hair cut place. I've come here tons of times and gotten my hair cut by all the stylists, but the new stylist Stella is just god awful. I was expecting the same, great, experience I always get, but all I got was cuts, irritation, and disappointment. Her disorganization was unbelievable and her total carelessness with the tools made me severely uncomfortable. She positioned me away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing, and by the time I turned myself towards the mirror, I realized she was giving me something I NEVER get. It was irreversible so I didn't say anything. I was frustrated and she saw that I kept looking at what she was doing and was turning me away from the mirror. I moved myself 4 times during the cut so I can see how she was butchering my hair. Each time, moving me back. I got home and realized that her final product was uneven and just terrible. So I had to drive back. Luckily, I was able to get it fixed by someone different, and she did a wonderful job, no charge. First day cutting hair or not, Stella gave me the absolute worst hair cut experience ever. Thankfully the amazing ladies that I see there each time keep bringing me back. AVOID STELLA AT ALL COST

Already been here once.stylist was amazing. This time.very busy.which is a good sign.i think..anyways i wanted stylist from first visit..bit tired of waiting ..not her fault.my sylist was amazing.i really love this place.and will b only place i go for a hair cut

Called ahead ( online check in)that part was great. Hair cut took about 4 1/2 minutes I had to ask twice to get my rinsed out ,she offered no jell or receipt. No personal attention at ALL it felt like a military hair cut line,I won't be going back there!

The shop was not busy only 2 other customers and me. The stylist’s work station was dirty and her scissors and combs had other people’s hair in them. Not a good thing to see!! I think it’s important to use clean combs on customers!!

Brenda ...what a great cut...she cut off 6 inches on my last trip there...now I wanted a chin skimming Bob with banks. She did a great job. Even showed me how to mix 2 finishing products together in my palms...When I washed it today everything was great. Thanks again to Brenda...see you soon. Brenda has gone on to management. Jennifer is doing my hair. I have a bob -- shorter in the back. It is absolutely great and has been holding up very well over the Summer Jenner did my cut yesterday.--wonderful as usual. With time my bob gets sleeker -- I will wash it tomorrow morning and pit some conditioner on -- with a wide tooth comb U will be ready to go. Thanks again Jennifer.
