Went to Sutra on my friend’s recommendation and first had consultation with Babs about color and cut. I felt confident in her expertise so I went back today for both. Babs did an amazing job. My color is better than I could have ever imagined and she actually listened to me about the length I wanted!! Babs and her colleagues were so professional and accommodating. Already made my follow up appt for December. This place is awesome!!!

A first class salon... from the front to the back... l am extremely picky about who and how my hair is cut from being in the industry for 40 years. Babs did a wonderful job... I am so happy I found you all!!!

This salon will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your results. I will never go to another salon now. Long story short, I was not satisfied with my hair cut (the color was not exactly what I was expecting and my hair felt gritty). It was the first time I've ever died my hair so I waited a month to see if it would grow on me. However, my hair was still feeling gritty. I called, over a month later, to explain my issues. I did not even know what to expect honestly. However, the owner (Carlos) went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I went in again and had Erika (I believe that was her name - I loved her though). I had a long consultation with her to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted. In addition, she gave me a deep conditioning treatment to help the gritty feeling. At the end, my whole transaction ended up being free per the owner. Additionally, they let me switch out my products that I was not happy with either. I have never been more blown away with customer service before. I will definitely be coming back here. I am in love with my hair now and the gritty feeling is gone! Thank you, Carlos, for everything!
