We walked in for a quick men's haircut, there was no wait and they said "someone will be with you in a minute" and 15 minutes later no one has said a word to us or even checked us in. Very poor customer service, will not be going back.

I always come here for color and cut and receive high quality service and results. However, today I arrived and waited over 45 minutes for the only technician that was working to finish hair cuts, just to find out, when it was my turn, that she doesnâ€™t even do color and the next person that does wouldnâ€™t be in for another 2+ hours, something she could have told me when I arrived.....
