Jenni is my hero!!! I came in with a botched dye job from another salon (a highly regarded one) and left with exactly the color I'd been hoping for all along! Jenni made me feel like she was just as invested in getting my hair right as I was - while still doing all she could to try to protect it from further damage. She even stayed past closing to finish me off with a trim and blowout! My hair looks healthy and I am happy once again! I'm confident I've now found my Jacksonville stylist.
