I am leaving this review because I did not realize how poorly my hair was done until I began to take it down. I've had my install for about 5 weeks and it just stopped cooperating so I decided to take it out. Also the wig cap that they call a net began to break off and pieces would fall out of my hair whenever I would brush it. I've never had a net like that sewn into my hair for "protection." I've always had the almost plastic-like, sturdier nets applied before the hair is sewn in. I do not think that cap protected my actual hair from anything. If anything, it made the install more difficult to remove. This was the worst quality install that I've ever received, from the sewing technique down to the braiding pattern. It took me the same amount of time to remove the hair as it did to have it installed. My braids were incredibly loose even before I decided to remove the install. I would like to think that my hair just grows out that fast, but I know it does not. I do not remember my stylist's name but I know that my appt was later in the day a few days after the new year. I actually had to reschedule my first appt due to the shop's error and the website allowing me to book an appt on New Years Day when the shop was actually closed. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this install and will not be returning. I have had installs of better quality for a cheaper price, less hassle, and from a kitchen beautician/my best friend from college.
