My daughter hair was done very well. Not only was it done properly, it was done quick. She was not sitting in the shop while the stylist looked at TV. I have to say even the conversation was appropriate. It was not “ghetto “ or inappropriate for a 15 year old. I don’t know the name of the receptionist but she is PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! She is always so professional and friendly. The shop is clean. I love the way that I get a text and email confirmation of appointment time. I can’t say enough positive things about this shop. I have already made a follow up appointment.

My hair is always done to perfection and she always asks me along the way how I feel about my hair and my desires for the outcome. Josetta never disappoints. I have also been provided instruction from her as how to keep my hair manageable in between services. I highly recommend her and the weave shop for their professional services. They are timely and the customer service is personal.

I am leaving this review because I did not realize how poorly my hair was done until I began to take it down. I've had my install for about 5 weeks and it just stopped cooperating so I decided to take it out. Also the wig cap that they call a net began to break off and pieces would fall out of my hair whenever I would brush it. I've never had a net like that sewn into my hair for "protection." I've always had the almost plastic-like, sturdier nets applied before the hair is sewn in. I do not think that cap protected my actual hair from anything. If anything, it made the install more difficult to remove. This was the worst quality install that I've ever received, from the sewing technique down to the braiding pattern. It took me the same amount of time to remove the hair as it did to have it installed. My braids were incredibly loose even before I decided to remove the install. I would like to think that my hair just grows out that fast, but I know it does not. I do not remember my stylist's name but I know that my appt was later in the day a few days after the new year. I actually had to reschedule my first appt due to the shop's error and the website allowing me to book an appt on New Years Day when the shop was actually closed. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this install and will not be returning. I have had installs of better quality for a cheaper price, less hassle, and from a kitchen beautician/my best friend from college.

I read so many good reviews and was really excited about getting my hair done but when I arrived to my 4pm appointment on time (which I made 4 days in advance) my stylist, Axia was with another client. So I politely waited, the lady with the blonde long hair who I believe is a stylist, was very professional and friendly and even turned up the tv for me to hear as I waited. But the wait continued...45 minutes goes by and Axia is still working on the same client. Soooo why did I make an appointment if you were going to be more than a half hour late doing someone else's hair. She didn't even have the decency to acknowledge me or apologize for the wait. That's just unacceptable and unprofessional. You inconvenience client's by having them wait 45 minutes past their appointment time like I don't have things to do. Whether I had things to or not who makes their client wait 45 minutes? And Axia and her client were just conversing and laughing like Axia didn't have another appointment. I could have been a returning customer plus I tip very well but this experience has completely ruined my perception of this salon. PLUS I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY SO I WASTED MY TIME AND GAS! A client came in after me and the lady with the blonde hair immediately took care of her and even had the decency to inform me that Axia would be with me shortly even though we both knew she wouldn't but still that's courteous and professional. I should have picked another stylist....maybe then this rating would have been a 5 star. If you're not seeing a doctor, a 45 minute wait is inexcusable.
