I walked into Regis yesterday and I was taken care of right away! I was told the balayge was going to come out to $200 even though my hair was not passed my shoulders. So, I decided to just cut and style my hair. I paid $60 dollars to get my hair cut really short, blow dried and ironed. It was great when I got it done, now I wake up the next day and my hair is everywhere. My bangs frizzed up and my hair is no longer straight. Back home I used to get my hair done every week by a Dominican lady and my hair would last all week straight I would just have to wash it due to grease. Never in my life have a paid $60 dollars for a blow dry and a hair cut with the length of my hair but, I went with it and my hair did not last more than 24hrs. A proper blow dry can last you up to a full week.

I went in for a partial highlight. Ended up getting a full and needing to pay 170. Then the color was yellow/orange. Called in for touch up. I was told I could only deal with the manager which doesn't work the most ideal hours. I go in after rushing after work to get her telling me everything was fine. She did correct the horrible lines in the back of my head and doing a toner, which still did not correct color. I can't pull up a ponytail bc I have the worst lines ever in the front. I told her my cut wasn't enough to get rid of the bleach damage. She told me to just brush more gentle. Didn't even address the cut because her next client was there. Never will I step foot into this joke of a salon. If the manager is that bad...no wonder the employees are.

I found Regis in the spring of 2013 after having a cut and highlight job completely butchered at Paul Mitchell School. I had darker hair but had been blonde before and went in to get blonde highlights. I ended up with highlights ranging anywhere from 2mm to 1 inch wide and color ranging from dirty blonde to platinum. Since it was a school I couldn't get my money back. I walked out of the salon, cried (lol) and then started calling salons in the area. Regis had an opening first thing the next morning so I said yes. I ended up seeing Josh who did a Phenomenal job evening everything out. Since then I go back to get my hair done whenever I'm in the area. I've seen Josh every time except for the last two. He's amazing, super nice and does a wonderful job Every time. I am always happy walking out of the salon. The last two times I had Ashley do my hair. I wanted to get balayage highlights and Josh recommended having Ashley do them. She did great! The color turned out exactly the way I wanted and the highlights look amazing even when my hair is straight (which is the majority of the time) which I was worried about achieving. I will continue going to Regis as long as I can. Both Josh and Ashley are both wonderful!

LaCicely was very good and I am extremely happy with my hair. I went out on a limb and tried something new and she helped me achieve it. She was very talkative and patient with me. Overall the experience, service, and price was a 5star. Definitely recommend this salon for a guy cut.
