Krista was amazing!! When we were done, I didn’t LOVE my hair, so she took the time even with an apt coming in any minute to make my hair even more amazing! So glad I got the opportunity to meet her and I cannot wait to go back to get my hair done again 😍

I thought I would give this place a shot. What a horrible decision. The staff here doesn't give 2 zips about anything but making money and going home. I waited way longer than I needed to. I wanted a simple 5 minute bang trim. I felt my soul being sucked out of my body upon entering this place. Not only will I not come back here, but I won't be visiting any other Hair CLuttery. Especially when they have such competition (including across the street, I think) this is not the way to conduct business. Especially a personal services-oriented business.

I don't understand why there are 5 people working and only ONE of them doing walk-ins. One. Currently 2 employees standing around while the only one doing walk-ins is with a customer. There is only one person ahead of me and i have to wait an estimated 45 min for a 10 min haircut. This isn't a boutique salon and they claim it's a "walk-in" salon but obviously they're lying. Do better, hair cuttery. This is how you lose business.

I came in for a haircut and was totally ignored, even after I signed in. There were 6 workers and only 3 customers. I waited 20 minutes and finally walked out. They seemed to be self focused. Not one word was said to me when I walked out even though they were hanging at the front counter. Great clips across the street serviced me well. Won't go back to Hair Cuttery!
