I had an appointment for a sew-in with the lady, Mrs/Ms.Barbara (older black lady with blond dreads) and when she got done with my hair I had to end up coming back again because she had too many tracks in one place causing me to have a "hump" in the back of my head, literally. Then after I waited about 20-30 minutes for her (and her daughter and grandkids) to arrive to fix my hair, she took some of them out, she spaced the tracks way out too far. Did I also mention that she also had her daughters hand in my head and was listening to more of what she was saying about my head than what I was telling her? Horrible. And for $100? And another chance to get something like my hair right the second time around?!? And you STILL mess up and do a crappy job? I wouldn't recommend going to this place on my worst enemy...
