the weight at this particular Supercuts is usually pretty short because they have at least three or four stylist available. I always get a very good haircut even though I tend to always get a different person each time I go in. everybody is super friendly and they don't try to upsell you on the products the entire time you're there, unlike a few other locations. I have been a faithful customer of this particular location for at least 10 years now.

I asked for a wash, haircut and blow dry for my 5 year old daughter. The lady which happens to be the manager told me she could not dry her hair because they close at 6pm (it was 5:25 when she started) and they needed time to clean the store and be out the door by 6pm. At 5:50 2 men walkins came in and asked for a hair cut. She immediately handed me my daughter with dripping hair and sat the man down for a hair cut. I was so angry I grabbed an empty chair dryer and started drying her hair (it was a cold night) and she told me I was not allowed to do that. Very rude manager and zero customer service

Checked-in online 30 minutes before. They immediately greeted me and confirmed my appointment. Janice called my name right on-time and gave me a great haircut. I'll definitely go back to get Janice to cut my hair!

Supercuts used to market as a fast haircut, which I imagine made the haircut super. This location is pretty good for the following reasons: it's nearby and the staff is pretty friendly. The price of the cut itself isn't so super, it's about 17 or 18 dollars but the consistency of the service is alright, and that's what counts. The staff are pretty nice and seem to get what you want done, generally speaking my haircut comes out about 80% accurate usually. Making an appointment is recommended but don't think you'll skip a bunch of people when you waltz in. You'll still have to wait. Waiting around is booooring. They have all these magazines there and the standard haircut photo book with the androgenous looking dudes in them, which kind of makes one iffy about a certain cut. Fidgeting is highly recommended and common. No one really talks in the waiting area, I daresay the clients aren't big on friendliness. Bring your mobile and play poker or Tetris for a while. The service is complete with the hot towel upside the head at the end, and I guess that's for asthetics or something. They aren't too agressive about pushing the high prices gel and hair pomade goop's as other places will, hit they do ask. Politely decline. Tip adequately: whipping anything under a five spot on someone is bad juju, but this is up to you. Overall a good place with familiar faces if you're a local and unfamiliar ones if you are not. The parking is alright and a bit cramped. Sits right next to a donut shop and a Jenny Craig weight loss center (cruel joke of the God's, no doubt). Homeless people lounging on chairs and asking for money is typical outside the place. I recommend coming in weekdays in the AM or around 5 pm when people are busy all sitting in traffic jams, the place is empty then. 4 out of 5 stars seems fair to me. It could be worse and it isn't.
