Carlee is absolutely amazing. As a truck driver I’m not home often an have sadly used box dye off and on. I hoped it’d been long enough to go to a heavy blonde balayage but sadly it’s going to be a process. Even so, Carlee had my best interest at heart and talked me through the whole process. Even let me know the next steps to get to where I want to be. I swear the pictures don’t do it justice so I added a more recent pic. I will forever come back for her to work her magic. Thanks for everything! 🥰

I called the salon for an appointment , no one answered the phone. So I walked in and the lady ignored me, instead the client was asking her to respond to my questions. I had to leave because I was Disrespected.

If I could give Luis a 10 star, I would in a heartbeat. I can’t express the phenomenal effort this amazing stylist did in a drop of a hat. Two days prior to a trip decided to stop by and ck out the place. In no way did I ever expect the outcome. Walked in and immediately greeted by a warm and welcoming smile. We ran through a set of questions and spoke for about 10 minutes before I joked about knowing it was last minute and my hair had no hope till my return. Seeing my desperation, this man performed a miracle in minutes. Pushed back an appointment (it was already 4:30-5pm mind you) and got to work. Threw down a base color, chopped off the ends and washed and dried in not kidding maybe 30-40mns? Or so it seemed since we laughed and joked the whole time. I couldn’t believe the effort and service this man did for me. I will never forget the bit of kindness he offered (maybe pity)and has gained me as a forever client. Thank you Luis!

I usually visit the next door office Realty Pros Unlimited. Every time I am there, every customer that comes out of Salon Alexandria leaves with a big smile and looking like a runway model no matter the age. It looks like you might need an appointment because they are always busy, but I am sure that they can take walking's if they have an open slot in between clients. I will need to send my wife that way.
