Up until the last 2 haircuts I was happy there. Even though I pointed out on my last appointment that it was cut too short the time before it still came out shorter than i like. I guess I'll have to find a new beauty parlor.

Arletta is your go to if you need a quick cut she's the best and was more than willing to help me out when I came in 20 min before closing!

Person did not listen to me and cut my hair way shorter than I asked and it was longer on one side than the other. Worse hair cut ever. Will not go back.

My experience at Great Clips was okay. Don't recommend if you are looking for 5 star service. Very cheap so good for kids and just somewhere you would want to get in and get out type of thing. I am West Indian and have soft natural hair. A lady tried to do my hair and had no idea what to do. She started using a curly iron on my damp hair. My shampoo wasn't that great because it still felt itching and during my semi blow dry it was flaking. They had to switch me to an African American young lady. She was very nice and asked me questions. Didn't get my hair done to it's usual standards but I was just looking for a simple wash and curl style. Oh yeah, didn't even leave with curls like I asked. Cleanliness if this place is okay. I get it it's a hair salon so hair would be everywhere, but the ceiling being all dusty? When I got my shampoo I was looking at dirt, and that's not relaxing lol even saw a dead roach in one of the ceiling lights. My experience was pretty irritating bceause I am very particular with any kind of hair and would appreciate stylist to tell me if they even handled it before. It's fustrating to go to a salon and your stylist has to get advice from others. My hair is natural but it's soft, not intimidating. Will not recommend and will not be back. $25 spent.

Got my hair done by Nene! She was excellent. Super friendly, and she talked me through how I wanted my look when I wasn't certain. The salon was clean, and I was seated immediately ✨
