Don't know how to cut hair. My previous haircut was in bootcamp and even they cut my hair 10 times better than this stylist. Asked to trim my dead ends and add a bit of layers. She cut random chunks unevenly leaving my hair extremely choppy looking. One strand is shorter than all the rest of my hair. She made the top layer of my hair longer than the bottom layer. Don't ever come to this place. Even if you're just trying to get a trim, they'll probably mess up your hair just like how they completely ruined mine.

I was greeted warmly at the sign in. I didn't catch her name but she was very nice. Amber cut my hair and she was great! She was very personable and pleasant to talk to. I love my hair cut! She gave me exactly what I wanted and desperately needed! I will totally be back! Thank you!

Never had a bad experience here! Yesterday, however, was the greatest day ever thanks to Alisha! I went in as a blonde and came out exactly as the picture I showed her (a beautiful true red)!! I have never been so happy! She took her time, was so sweet, respectful and catered to my needs before I asked. You can tell she cares and loves her profession! The other stylists were also very smiley, kind, and professional as well. Love this place!

I came in to get a haircut with shampoo and style. The girl said she "dry cuts" hair.(meaning she couldnt be bothered to wash it apparently) she did not listen to me and hardly cut anything and then mumbled,do i have to wash it now.I said no never mind.Not one family member can tell I even got it cut and it costs me 18 dollars? For what? I think they need to be instructed to actually do the whole service advertised and not try and get out of it. And she had no other customers so no need to rush. I tipped her well but will not be back to any location!my son said he stopped going there when they also "dry cut" his hair. Seriously??? I don't know who this place thinks they are fooling.
