I’ve been to a few of the instyle locations over the years but Waterford is my favorite. Not only are the front desk clerks professional and accommodating but my stylist is who really stands out! Erin has been doing my hair for 2 years now, she listens and gives honest advice, she is always on time, she’s actually fun to talk to, and I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks! Kudos to Erin!

Have to say what a great experience I had today. Kristin is amazing. She was honest and listened to what I wanted. And was extremely nice about the fact that my hair was a mess. I know I will Come back to her from now on.

Maya is the best at brows. In and out in 10 minutes or less. Threading usually takes around 5-7 minutes with her, and it's less than $15!! She's off on Monday and Tuesday, but the rest of the week you can see her 😊

I paid $215 for my hair to look worse that I came in with. I asked for blonde highlights and even called back 2 days later asking for Erin to fix it and I was told it was the toner and it would wash out. I asked for blonde highlights but on the top my hair looks gray like an old lady. They could at least have fixed it instead of taken my money.

Cannot go wrong with a haircut here! Went to 3 different stylists and every one of them were great and did my hair exactly how I asked. Highly recommend this salon.
