I went here at least twice to keep giving them a chance but I won't go there anymore. Maybe for my roots and that is it. There is one woman who works there and she CHOPPED my hair off. I told her to cut 1/2 to 1 inch off the length of my hair and she cut it by at least 3 inches. So, now it will take me over a year to get that length back since my hair grows slowly. Thanks a lot lady. And she used a razor to cut layers in my hair and obviously did not know what she was doing. It was all messed up. I think she went a little crazy on my hair and got over excited because I HAD long hair before I went in there. I walked out looking like a wacko like her.

I've been getting my hair done at this fabulous salon since they opened. Lucy is the owner and my amazing stylist who is always letting me know about the newest style/color trends. I love all of her staff and the comfortable friendly environment that they cultivate. I have recommended multiple clients to this salon and every single one has been more than satisfied. I have moved multiple times to different parts of Orlando and even further since I first walked into the salon and I've still been loyal to this salon because of the fabulous high quality service that I receive. Hair Connection is the BEST salon!!!

not impressed at all, I went with a Groupon I got and wasn't able to get what I want. I had to get partial highlights and am not Impressed, my highlights are horrible. I will not be going back.

I wanted to purchase a Groupon. When I called I was told to come in before I purchased the Groupon for a consultation. When I arrived I was told they would honor the Groupon for full highlights. After the hair stylist told me what she could do the owner said she couldn't let the stylist do the highlights because full highlights on Groupon was different then full highlights in the store. When I asked what that even meant she just kept saying it was different. The Groupon was full highlights for 73$ she wanted to charge me 120$.

Went in on a whim, based on location and Google reviews. Ended up LOVING my haircut and color!!!! The woman there gave me a pretty, natural red and very flattering angled, long bob in preparation for my sister's wedding. The stylists are very helpful when collaborating a look for you. The owner must be Lucy. She's really sweet and took me in on my only day off for a haircut & color even though she had no availability. I will say, my stylist mostly spoke Spanish and we needed translating from Lucy, the owner. The girls know what they're doing so I didn't worry too much about it. I feel like other customers would mistake the translating for training, which is not the case. My girl has 10 years experience, no problem. Honestly, I will go back for both color and my next haircut.
