Been here twice and assumed maybe it was the season and they had rough days each time and were rushing just a bit. But Katie, by no means should you stay on premises if she is to cut your hair. She might as well have dragged me into the chair by my ear; A very forced introduction and a disgusted "what are we doing with this?" was my welcome. As I tried to explain it to her it was instantly clear she did not want to sit there and hear it, she preferred her customers in and out which is okay if thats how you work it when its slammed but it's noon on a Monday in October. No one is out here for a haircut and there was one guy in the salon before me, a walk-in like myself. It wasnt even two minutes 120 seconds when she said, "Okay, lemme get a book, you clearly don't know what you want," and came back with two old books I vaguely remember from the 90s. At that point, I couldn't do it and I walked out. I'm not coming back here and unless you want that Dr Phillips boisterous attitude with a haircut, you shouldn't either.

I have been going to this particular location for the last 3 years. Jenn has been fantastic. I have either waited for her or made sure that I went while she was working the entire time. I would have recommended this place to anyone that would ask until today. My family had a death in the family last night. I called Jenn to find out what time she went in today. She told me at 5. I asked her if you she could meet me at 4 because I had to be downtown at 5 and would be tied up until after 10pm. She said yes but that she would have to ask her boss "Michelle". Jenn got back with me and said that she could not meet me because her boss would not allow her to come in early. I am leaving at 6am the next morning going to TN for a funeral. It is sad that someone that has such great service has to work for a person that doesn't understand what good service is.

The " asian" guy at the front desk "has "0" costumer services skills and ALWAYS is with his ugly attitude as if he is giving us a favor. Not sure if he believes he is a " celebrity " or what, but since customers pay his minimum salary, he should leave his attitude at home and treat customers with respect . We Will not come back again.

Hit or miss. Depends on who you get. I stopped going for a while after a few bad cut or annoying stylists. But recently I've had a couple of good experiences. The one at the corner of Apopka Vineland and Conroy is better.

Great location with the ability to sign up before arriving. There are some good stylists here but you sometimes can end up with a rushed haircut. Don't be afraid to speak up if your cut looks uneven or not what you want, as they will fix it.
