Had eyebrows done with Dylan at the Benefit bar. She was super nice and loved the way she "cleaned up" my eyebrows. She did a great job and will go back to see here again.

I love Ulta. The service was excellent, though we had the devil of a time finding someone to help us out on the floor. But once we did get help, the person was very helpful and quick!

My husband and I get our hair done by Ashley Pratt and she is awesome! We love her she is a sweetheart and always does a great job ❤️

Worst experience ever got there at 2:00 pm for my appointment with Nicki at 5:30 I was sitting in the back waiting for Nicki while she was with another customer and sent 2 other stylist to complete the process that she could not achieve. If you don’t have the experience to accomplish the desires of your customer don’t humíllate them buy tossing them to the curb for somebody else to clean up your mess extremely unprofessional. Asked to speak to the supervisor, she never gave face.Ulta may have a lot of cosmetics, good hair products and even a big variety of perfumes but this Ulta has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and would not recommend it to anybody visiting Orlando and staying by the airport. Ladies you know your hair and you know what works for you don’t allow this incompetent salon establishment insinuate they know what’s better for your appearence. Nobody is doing you a favor your paying good money for your service. As far as I’m concerned all I got was a bottle of water that I paid $157.00 for. I know that’s not an astronomical amount of money for your hair but for a bottle of water it’s highway robbery cause I never got the service that you expect with the personal care of your hair and if this Ulta does not understand that than they should remove the salon from this location. All I asked for was toning the gray streaks in the front of my face nothing else no routes no cut I didn’t even get a full wash, unbelievable!! This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve been there, NEVER again!! 👎🏻👎🏻

Let me just start by saying Ashley Pratt has been doing my hair for years, and is the only person I trust with my hair. Ashley is an amazing and talented cosmologist. I love to change my hair often and before her I was coloring my hair with box coloring, which I didn't known at the time but is highly damaging to your hair. Ashley fixed my hair for me. She has recommended products and done treatments to my hair over the years to help keep it healthy with as much change as I put it through. When she moved over an hour and a half away from me I thought I was going to lose my stylest forever. Ashley assured me that she would keep me on as a client and has always made time for me. Even during emergencies. She is so honest and caring when it comes to her clients. She wants them to feel they look their very best. You won't be let down if you use Ashley's services.
