VERY VERY RUDE! AND VERY POOR SERVICE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WORTH IT! THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN! NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE I WAS TREATED SO BAD! THEY ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL!

My boyfriend bought me a mani pedi for Valentines day as a gift. So I called to make the appt. And Laurie answered, Needless to say when She found out it was thru Groupon She hung up on me! Refusing service and wouldn't even answer her phone after that! To explain! You are S.c. u m with No customer service skills at all. Highly disappointed! And I'm reposting on every social media site!

My experience here was below par, there just doesn't seem like there is much professionalism here, disappointed I think would be a generic word to describe the experience, the result was not what I expected...

Been going here for years. Carlos does a great job everytime. His wife Lori keeps track of appointments and the money. Smart wife! Each stylist rents their own chair. A bad review of a single stylist is not fair to the entire business. Most have been there for years and are very polite and professional. I have known Cynthis one of the owners over 20 years, she is attentive to the shop's needs. An appointment is recommended.
