I went here on vacation and was very pleased. The service was great. Two ladies had helped me out.. I never got the name of the first woman, but I know Jasmine is one of their names. Jasmine was more than helpful to me even though she was very busy dealing with other customers. And made sure I was accompanied. She helped me pick out a foundation in my price range, which is always good. She also was very helpful to customers who spoke Spanish and needed help looking for products. She went back and forth from English to Spanish.. She was just overall amazing and had a positive attitude the whole time.. Promote her!!!

The store is sleek and modern. Selection of stuff is plentiful. The employees here all look like clowns with all the paint on there faces. Not friendly whatsoever. Loves to gossip and won't acknowledge you at all. The salon is by far the worst part. One lady named Dina completely stood me up. Canceled my appointment to schedule someone else she rather see.

I was so pleased with the service I received tonight at the Ulta store at the Loop in Orlando, Florida. The manager even though he had his hands full, came up and was more than accommodating and made sure this last minute trip was perfection itself. Thank you so much also for another great trip.

Such a horrible shopping experience. They are always sold out of all popular items of EACH brand and they don’t restock for weeks as i have checked on a consistent basis. Only 20% if he makeup on the drug store side has prices I asked an employee from the high end side for a price because there is never anyone on the drug store side working, she literally told me that’s not her job and to wait in line to find out. There was like 20 people waiting in line. Why shop here when u can go online and avoid the hassle. I once waited 15 min to see if they had a men’s cologne locked up under the cabinet she literally told me sorry she’s on “break” only for her to tell me later that she didn’t know where the spare keys were and to come back another day!! Crazy

This store has the WORST employees. There’s ALWAYS a long line w 1 register open. The makeup on the drug store side has no prices. No prices! How can you shop without knowing the price? Makes no sense! And if you walk up to the girl on the register and ask for a price she looks at you like you are pushy/ impatient. She was midway through a story in Spanish that she continued for about 4 min while I just stood in front of her. She looked right through me than rolled her eyes when I asked again. Im shocked the level of unprofessionalism. Am I supposed to wait in a 30 min line to find out the price of maybeline lipstick? Who is running this store? Horrible customer service
