Please ignore all of the odd negative reviews. I had a fantastic experience. This was the only Salon I felt okay and since I have moved here over a year ago. Karen did my hair and she did a fabulous job. The girl in the chair next to her was also in the middle of a cut I watched everything she did it was beautiful. And the prices are fantastic for the level of work. The work could easily be priced much more. Great prices on products as well. Thanks again Karen I freaking love my hair

Had an appt at 2:00 while waiting to be seen a walk in came in and was seen before I was with the same stylist who I had my appt with. When I asked what was going on with my appt I was told to have a seat and would be next...I ended up leaving because have I known that walk ins are seen before appts I wouldn’t have made one.

Today was a very pleasant experience. I've never been in this salon before and I was on the fence about going here because of the bad reviews. Eventually I said screw it and just wanted my haircut already so I went; and I'm glad I did. I was greated immediately and we talked about what I wished to have done and also about what my budget was looking like. Not only did Jilla give me the exact style I wanted but she also gave me helpful tips on how to maintain and take care of my hair (as a good stylist should). I felt very welcome, we laughed and kept communication. I certainly recommend this salon. It's an affordable, clean and friendly environment.

I've been going to Hair Masters for years mainly because of Bibi, my favorite hair stylist. She has been very patient through all the different demands I've had over the years and always gives me the best advice about my hair. Yes, at times the wait may be long but she is definitely worth waiting for. Thanks Bibi for my fabulous haircut today. I love it. ♡
