I am an employee and absolutely love working here. We try very hard to treat our guests and coworkers like family. We have a great selection of products and services that are reasonably priced. The environment is friendly, energetic and encourages creativity.

I will honestly never go back to this ulta beauty location. The employees are so utterly rude. The moment me and my sister walked in we felt like we were being judged as soon as they saw us. One female kept giving me and my sister a nasty look and than the other employees were rolling there eyes, just very unprofessional. I guess I’ll be ordering my stuff online for now. if I could give 0 stars I would. The store itself and the items in it are great, I just wish they had different employees. Maybe girls that seem more bright and happy. Just a thought.. no one likes miserable employees. & if you’re not happy with where you work, find a new job!

I just love it, walk in the employees greet you and talk to you and they take there time with you and everyone is so friendly and courteous and very pleasant just love it. THANK YOU ULTRA.

Wayyyy better than the loop! Great customer service, everyone’s so nice and really helpful. Love that they have MAC and that the store is always really nice and organized and things are really easy to find.

Employees are rude, the only nice one I’ve met is Neena at the brow bar. I spent $45 plus or something around there on the tarte cosmetics brand and the girl behind the counter told me I couldn’t get my free gift with purchase because they ran out and I was out of luck. This is one of the few circumstances I would rather just drive to the loop rather than go to the store that’s closest to me.
