She is very unresponsive. I tried reaching out multiple times. I was only able to reach her once. She said she would call me back but, never did. Apparently, she doesn't need the business.

I had colored my own hair a few days ago and messed it up bad. I didn't even want to go out side. I walked in and right away Kelly turned to me and said hello with a big smile. She ask if she could help me. I started telling her what I had done and she smiled and said, don't worry everything can be fixed. In the back of my mind I was thinking oh boy here we go.. she ask me if I would like to wait until she was done with her client that she was working on, I side sure.. She sat me down and started talking with me about the color and what I wanted. She showed me a few colors that would correct the color I had done.. Then she said I would love it even more if we put a few highlights around the front. I said lets try it.. When it was all done and said The color she gave me was amazing!!! The best color I had ever had by far.. Kelly is a ture stylist that works with you and really listens to you.. I will never do my own hair again:) Thanks you Kelly for giving me back my hair...

Rarely responds, does not listen, seems very unreliable that's why I decided to go with someone else for my wedding, I was very concerned she would not show up., especially since is not very responsive to emails or text. Better to find out before the wedding than have my special day ruined!!
