After a 12 hour work day I wanted to get a hair cut in preparation for an important meeting I was waking up at 5:00 AM to continue preparing for. I called at 7:30 to make an 8:30 appointment and when I arrived two woman were getting full cuts and blowouts. The manager told me it would be 15 minutes so I stayed. Well 15 minutes turned into an hour and fifteen minutes and after all of that I finally got in a chair at 10:00 PM to get a well below average hair cut. I have been going to Hair Cuttery for two years and this will probably be my last.

Brought in a picture of medium length layered hair with a sweep bang and walked out looking like Brittney Murphy in Girl Interrupted. Was told it was just a bit shorter (3inches at least!) than the picture and I didn't have to pay. I paid, but I won't go back. Totally didn't pay attention to what I wanted.

Would not recommend Shannon for curly hair or waxing. She convinced me she could do my brows, took her forever and put a dip in one where she pulled hair she shouldn’t have. As for my hair, I only wanted a trim. She butchered it leaving two strands in the front longer than the rest and adding extra layers that weren’t there. She definitely could use more experience.

Never been to a place quite like hair cuttery. The manager of this facility took care of my hair and I don't think ill be going anywhere else from now on. With each hair cut your givin a shampoo free. Though the place charges more than the average. The treatment is like no other I never felt at a loss of attention or care if my experience was comfortable as well as the actual care if they are reaching YOUR personal preference of how your hair looks. Even though they won't offer a perfect hair cut the first time they DO EXPRESS EXTREME CARE for you to give them a second chance to get EXACTLY what you want. True care indeed this place does carry to absolutely make sure YOU THE GUEST are completely satisfied 100% with your looks.
