I would give this location 0 stars if it were possible.
Every stylist is friendly, and the shop is well-kept, so my issue is not with either. It is, instead, with the cut I left with.
I'm not usually particular about my haircuts. It is just hair after all. In preparation for an event this weekend, I had a certain look in mind that I told my stylist about. I wanted my sides cut short and my top finger-length with the blending occurring at a certain point on my head.
Halfway through the haircut, I realized that my stylist had blended my hairline part too high for my liking. We focused on a resolution that left me disappointed.
Thirty minutes later, I decided to return to have my haircut fixed. The next stylist was condescending and gave me a lesson about my hair and why it was cut in the way it was.
It's not unreasonable to expect to have your hair cut the way you requested it to be, especially when it is a service being paid for.
In the grand cosmic scheme, a haircut isn't all that important. The hairs on my head will grow back, and I can choose to not return to this location, which I resolve to do.
What does matter is the principle of receiving a service you request when it's paid for. I'll take this as a lesson learned.
