I lost my son to cancer 5 days ago, and my hair had been in a depression bun for several weeks as I helped him in his last fight, and mourned his loss. There was a mishap with my appointment when I arrived, but Stefanie quickly stepped in and coordinated my hair cut and color around her other appointments that day, and she helped me take the first big step in my healing process. Thank you for your kindness. It was so desperately needed

Great service. Was quoted around $80 for partial highlights and ended up paying $165 for balayage which I felt pushed into. Looks great, but could not afford this service. Definitely more highlights than I wanted. Wanted to keep my light brown hair. Showed her pictures and looks nothing like the pictures.

I went in because I wanted a cut and a spiral perm and I explained I have had a keratin done before in my hair and then that’s when I was told we would have to do a tester just to see if the curl would stay. I said okay and signed the papers that I needed to and she started. As we are going through this everything seemed fine. Then once we were done and we sat at her booth she looked at my hair and said I don’t think we should do this she walked away consulted with someone else and then came back and said it’s up to me if we should do this in my hair. And I said yes I’d like to do it. She then walked away and came back and said that she didn’t feel comfortable doing my hair because of the texture of hair I had. But she was still willing to do the cut. I says no and we walked to the front and I left. Needless to say I have now had a perm done and my hair looks just like it did before. And it’s perfect I wish she would have said since the beginning she didn’t want to do my hair. I sat there for an hour and a half almost just to be told that it’s up to me and then say she didn’t feel comfortable. Thank you for showing me that if I kept looking I would find what I am looking for !

Lisa is the best dealing with my curls. She did wonders on my hair. If your curls need to be brought back to life, make an appt with Lisa. She is amazing!

I love going here to get my hair done by Katie. I come in and usually show her a picture of what I'd like, just to give her an idea, and she amazes me every time and makes it even better than I had originally planned it to be. I am so glad I found her here. She is so nice and talks to me the entire time and it is always a blast. We have so much fun. She is the best!!!
