I went to Rachel years ago and stopped because I went to someone closer to my work. I was never happy with the cut and I don't have complicated style. I went back to Rachel several months ago and I'm completely happy again. People noticed my haircut right away.

I have been going to Rachel for almost 2 years after trying a few others. She gives me what I want and does a great job. She also cuts my daughter's hair and it was the best cut she has ever gotten. I have never been dissapointed with her service or her personality and she does it all by herself. Rachel is a true stylist and a great woman.

I would never go to Rachel's again since she really does not know what she is doing. I wanted high/low lites and instead got a complete dye job (that is the way she is doing it! according to Rachel) and the high lites were done through a cap. Caps are so out. It looked absolutely terrible. I immediately told her so but she said to give it a try and she will call me to check on me. Never got that phone call. Long story short, I wanted my $ back since I had to go else where to get real high/low lites and she got rude on the phone and refused to refund me. I will not even mention the blow drying and cut.... Also had four other licensed hair stylist look at what she did and they actually started laughing!!! So save yourself the time, aggravation and money and go to a different hair stylist.

Me and my family have been going to Rachel since she opened . She is the best hair stylist, I have ever gone to. She takes her time to work with you, to get the style you want. I give her kudos and will always go to her salon. I think that Karin is wrong.

Went to Rachel last week and thought she did a great job. I have thinning hair and took her a photo of what I wanted and bam, there is was. She stopped over at work to see how the hair cut was working for me. Gave me a few tips and some product and I could not be happier.
