Suzanne is the best always listens to what my children and I want ,very friendly you can tell she loves what she does . The other ladies there are also so sweet and helpful to my children and I have been coming here for almost 2 yrs maybe more and not once have they over cut or messed up any of our hair can’t say that about other places they really listen and give great advice with hair issues such as frizzy or kids having dandruff . They really make you feel like family when you walk in and the call ahead they have now is awesome

Today my stylist was Suzanne.. first of all I appreciate the service but I am not paying ANYONE to scold me about my hair. Not everyone can indulge in the luxury of a haircut...She was rude from the start and was verbally expressing how she smelled the hard water on my hair.... not even put nicely, she didn't even recommend a product. Just that I needed a deep care treatment which probably costs a bit of money alongside an hour and a half of my day. I just needed a trim. Never coming again!

All ladies in there seemed to have perfect attitude for getting this store closed. If they don't like to provide service. Better get other job. I would not recommend any body to go in there. Ladies for you..go back to your old school and learn to be polite,have empathy towards your customer. If had an option would have given no star at all.
