From a customer service standpoint, they were very friendly with a short wait and $10 with the USF discount is a good price. But my haircut was terrible. I normally go when I visit my hometown to get my dead ends trimmed, and I just ask for a trim and some layers. I've never had to specify anything else. I asked for 2 inches off because my hair was pretty damaged from dying it and then when I said I wanted layers she said that means she had to take 3 inches off? I just assumed she meant for the very top layers themselves but all around she took way too much off. My hair is normally cut in the the front a little shorter than the back and it goes at an angle backwards. Well she cut it the OPPOSITE way and my back is now shorter than the front. It was choppy and uneven and my mom had to trim some pieces that were wrong but she can't easily fix that the back is so short compared to the front. And since the stylist already took so much off, I can't easily go get it fixed without my hair being way shorter than I like. My hair did go halfway down my back and now the shortest spot in the back is just below my armpits. I'm very annoyed and will not be coming back.

Horrible! I finally got my son to get his hair cut short clean cut. We went in explained that basic clean cut hair cut make it short use the clippers & she had zero ideal of what 2 do. Said there are thousands of men's hair cuts just keep it neat looking, it's not rocket science. Headed to a barber. Had both my boys with me. Recently Relocated here hope they are happy losing 3 new regular customers!

This place is awful! I went in expecting to get a decent haircut but walked out devastated. I gave clear instructions to my stylist who completely ignored me. My instructions were simple... fade on the sides and point clip on the top, leaving the front longer and the back shorter. She completely butchered the top and didn't even fade the sides. Instead she just took the buzzer and shaved off my sides and as for the top I can't even discribe how bad it is. I was so furious when she spun me around in the chair, I said we're done and left. I'm NEVER going to Great Clips again.

Pays close attention to the door, and greets right away. Quick to come to the front desk, and answer the phone. Looks like great customer service. Only one stylist looked without a smile. Maybe not too multitasking when concentrating on a hair service.
